Summary:

Retail is where brand strategy becomes real — and we're looking for a Retail Visual Merchandising Manager to make sure every store tells the story the way it's meant to be told. You'll bring a sharp eye and a steady hand to how flagship retail experiences come to life, translating product launches and seasonal resets into displays and layouts that feel intentional, polished, and on-brand from the moment customers walk in.

This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution: you'll shape merchandising direction at scale while staying close enough to the details to make each store visit count. If you love the craft of visual merchandising as much as the operational rigor behind it, this is a great fit.

What You'll Do:

  • Create, maintain, and publish store layouts and detailed product planograms for product launches and merchandising resets
  • Partner with global and regional counterparts to ensure alignment across merchandising strategies
  • Apply regional and visual merchandising expertise to influence broader strategy while localizing to market-specific nuances
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience through field feedback, observation, and performance and space analysis
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate product launches and communicate visual merchandising strategy
  • Forecast and communicate accurate product and visual element counts for merchandising changes, partnering with fulfillment and operations teams to ensure materials are ready in every store
  • Develop and review store communications, including reset labor hours, merchandising setup guides, merchandising standards, and strategy guides

What You Bring:

  • Action-oriented with exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Thrives in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with the ability to independently lead and meet objectives
  • Able to drive the big picture and business strategy while seamlessly moving into tactical, detailed execution
  • Strong planning and time management skills with a future-oriented mindset
  • Proven ability to influence, build rapport, and develop relationships with partners at all levels
  • Strong cross-functional agility, with the ability to work effectively in a global organization, meet deadlines, and continuously improve strategies and processes
  • Strong process management and technical aptitude, with proven systems management experience
  • Retail and design experience delivering commercial results through compelling visual merchandising
  • Demonstrated passion for putting the customer first and crafting unique retail experiences
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience partnering with senior management and collaborating across diverse technical and creative teams
  • Project management or process improvement experience
  • A bachelor's degree; MBA a plus
