Qualifications

  • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time. Climbing stairs may be required. 
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
  • Ability to work and communicate effectively within a team environment
  • Acquire and maintain proper regulatory serving permits.
  • Lift up to 50 pounds safely.

  • Curating exceptional hospitality experiences for our guests.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of the menu, including food, coffee and cocktail offerings.
  • Anticipate the needs of guests and our team.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization, including regularly scheduled cleaning and occasional deep cleaning. 
  • Able to multitask while always making guests the first priority.
  • Be familiar with the local farmers and purveyors we partner with and the relationships that connect our ingredients to our community.
  • Take guest orders, operate POS systems, bus tables, run food/drinks, complete required side work and additional duties as assigned.
