Jackson-Triggs Estate Winery, part of Arterra Wines Canada, is one of Canada's most recognized wine brands. Located in the heart of Niagara wine country, our estate offers patio dining, restaurant service, private events, and our popular Summer Concert Series in our vineyard amphitheatre.

We are looking for a passionate Sous Chef to support the Executive Chef and help deliver exceptional culinary experiences that complement our premium VQA wines.

What You'll Do
  • Support the Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations
  • Lead and supervise the culinary team during service
  • Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and safety standards
  • Execute food service for patio, restaurant, events, and concert nights
  • Assist with menu development and special event execution
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment
Qualifications
  • Red Seal Certification
  • 3-5 years of professional culinary experience
  • Strong leadership and teamwork skills
