Job description

Location: Judy’s located inside the St. Laurent, Asbury Park, NJ

About Judy’s

Judy’s is a globally inspired Italian neighborhood restaurant that draws deep inspiration from the culinary creations and hospitality of Judy, the mother of our founder. At Judy’s, the food she cooked and the tablescapes she designed are reflected in every dish and dining experience. This is a place where every occasion is a special occasion, and every guest is treated with the warmth and attentiveness that Judy herself embodied.

The restaurant’s playful, exploratory menu blends modern takes on Italian classics with global influences, while offering an approachable and dynamic atmosphere. The setting, cuisine, and level of hospitality embody the whims that Chef David is known for, ensuring that guests experience a holistic and memorable dining experience, just as Judy would have wanted.

  • Cleanliness and Safety: Follow all health and safety regulations, keeping your workspace organized and clean.
  • Menu Development Support: Assist with menu development and tastings, offering creative input to enhance the menu and culinary offerings.

  • Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Team Player: Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced kitchen.
  • Flexibility: Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
What We Offer:
