Thompson Hospitality is a growing restaurant group built on exceptional food, memorable guest experiences, and strong community roots. We're seeking a strategic and hands-on Director of Marketing to lead brand growth, drive revenue, and strengthen our connection with guests and local communities.
This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in both creative and analytical environments-someone who can design menus and websites just as confidently as they can analyze ROI and optimize pricing strategy.
Position Summary
The Director of Marketing will oversee all marketing strategy and execution for the Milk & Honey Brand. This role is responsible for brand positioning, menu and pricing strategy, loyalty programs, digital presence, promotions, community partnerships, and performance reporting. The ideal candidate understands the restaurant business deeply and knows how to drive guest counts, increase check averages, and maximize return on investment.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Creative Leadership
  • Lead menu design and engineering to optimize profitability and guest appeal
  • Oversee website design, functionality, and ongoing digital enhancements
  • Develop and execute loyalty programs that drive frequency and retention
  • Plan and manage street marketing initiatives and local activation campaigns

Revenue & Sales Growth
  • Build and nurture community relationships to drive catering and event sales
  • Design promotions that increase check average and customer counts
  • Coordinate integrated marketing campaigns aligned with promotional activities
  • Develop pricing and menu strategies to maximize return on investment

Strategy & Analytics
  • Determine product demand, market trends, and customer awareness levels
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and implement improvement strategies
  • Review, allocate, and optimize marketing budget for maximum impact
  • Track, analyze, and report marketing performance metrics

Qualifications
    • 7+ years of marketing experience, preferably within hospitality or multi-unit restaurants
    • Proven experience with menu engineering, pricing strategy, and revenue optimization
    • Strong digital marketing and website oversight experience
    • Experience building loyalty programs and local marketing initiatives
    • Demonstrated ability to analyze data and translate insights into action
    • Strong project management and cross-functional leadership skills
    • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
