Our Alexandria-based outpatient mental health practice is hiring a Full-Time Receptionist / Scheduling & Billing Coordinator to be the first friendly face (and voice) our clients meet. You’ll help create a welcoming, stress-free experience from the very first call to the final invoice — all in-person at our cozy office.

  • Greet clients with warmth and professionalism (in person + phone)
