Lahey Hospital & Medical Ctr - Burlington, Lynnfield and Peabody locations

Are you a Women's Health Physician's Assistant looking for a dynamic, full-time opportunity? Lahey Hospital & Medical Center, a member of Beth Israel Lahey Health, is seeking a passionate advanced practice provider to join our established program, serving both our Burlington and Peabody locations. We are specifically looking for an Advanced Practice Provider who wishes to integrate menopause care into their practice and who is certified in menopause care through the North American Menopause Society (NAMS) or who plans to become certified in the next year. This position has the option to be a hybrid position with both in-person days as well as telehealth days.

What You'll Do:

As an Benign Gynecology PA, you will collaborate closely with physicians to manage the outpatient care of our patients. This means you will:

  • Provide preventative care to patients with both benign diagnoses.

  • Manage routine care and therapeutic regimens for acute and chronic issues related to gynecologic health concerns.

  • Be a vital member of an interdisciplinary care team.

  • Apply critical thinking and an understanding of research principles to improve care quality.

  • Take advantage of ongoing learning opportunities to strengthen your knowledge.

About Lahey Hospital & Medical Center:

  • Our Division of Gynecology includes 13 physicians and 7 advanced practitioners across three outpatient offices (Burlington, Peabody, Lexington).

  • We see over 27,000 outpatient visits and perform more than 1,400 surgeries annually.

  • Residents rotate from Boston Medical Center.

  • Lahey Hospital & Medical Center is a 347-bed tertiary care facility, outpatient clinic, and Level I trauma center.

Pay Range:

$133,120.00 USD - $215,000.00 USD

The pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law.
