JOB DESCRIPTION - ADVANCED PRACTICE PROVIDER (APP) Full Time - Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant – Menopause Center of Excellence

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our multidisciplinary team at the Cooper University Health Care Menopause Center of Excellence.  This full-time role offers a unique opportunity to provide comprehensive, patient-centered clinical care to individuals navigating the menopause transition and beyond, while also contributing to clinical research and quality improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing outcomes in midlife women's health.


Key Responsibilities

* Provide evidence-based care to individuals experiencing perimenopause and menopause health concerns
* Perform appropriate health assessments and order tests and imaging to support care
* Develop individualized treatment plans
* Educate patients and families on treatment options, lifestyle strategies, and symptom management.
*Collaborate with physicians, dietitians, mental health providers, and other members of the interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity and quality of care.
*Participate in case discussions, team meetings, and educational sessions

Experience treating midlife women, including familiarity with prescribing hormone replacement therapy/alternatives.

At least 5 years of experience in Women's Health.


Master’s Degree - Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant degree is required.


New Jersy APN and RN or PA license; PA must be NCCPA; American Heart Association BLS

Current certification as a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner or willingness to certify within 6 months of hire
