What You'll Do

As a Caregiver, you will help residents maintain their dignity, independence, and quality of life by:

  • Assisting with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
  • Providing medication reminders and reporting changes in resident condition
  • Assisting with meals, hydration, and dining support
  • Engaging residents in activities and meaningful conversation


Required Qualifications

  • Minimum3 years of caregiving experiencein Assisted Living, Memory Care, Skilled Nursing, or Long-Term Care
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Ability to assist residents with transfers, mobility, and personal care
  • Reliable transportation and dependable attendance

Preferred Qualifications

  • CPR and First Aid Certification
  • Dementia care experience
