What You'll Do The Regional Sales & Marketing Director supports and guides the Community Relations Directors within the designated region to increase occupancy, create trusting relationships, and retain current residents towards three main objectives: 1) generating leads, 2) sales and nurturing of leads, and 3) retaining residents through the warm welcome and excellent ongoing customer experience. This individual maintains a professional, supportive, and positive working relationship with each community and works collaboratively with the Regional Director of Operations.

As Regional Sales & Marketing Director, you can expect a range of responsibilities and tasks. Here are some general expectations: You will have overall responsibility for owning your Region's sales and marketing process. You will be developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies and campaigns with the goal of meeting occupancy and revenue expectations.

You will be working collaboratively with the Digital Marketing Strategist, Graphic Designer, the Regional Director of Operations, Community Relations Directors, Administrator, and other members of the Leadership team to maintain and improve occupancy and maintain fiscal accountability. You will be a 'Culture Advocate', role modeling our company values and coaching the Community Relations Teams in your region. You will be responsible for hiring, training, and supporting the Community Relations Director.

What You'll Bring You will bring 5+ years of experience in senior living, specifically assisted living and memory care. You will bring the desire and talent to work with a high-functioning, empowered team. You will bring compassion, kindness, and the desire to work with team members, elders, and their families.

You will have the ability to travel frequently and as needed to support communities within the assigned region. You will bring computer literacy, savvy in social media, and proficiency in learning specified online programs. You will bring good verbal communication and the ability to read, write, and speak English with residents and coworkers who only speak English.

You will meet all health requirements as specified by state and/or federal regulations. You will be able to perform duties and responsibilities (Essential Job Functions) with or without reasonable accommodation.
