What You’ll Do

Job Summary: 

The Director of Member Solutions & Strategy Analytics leads the delivery of data and analytics capabilities that drive performance insights, member-centric decision-making, and execution of enterprise strategic initiatives through trusted, governed actionable insights. The role partners closely with the Chief Member Solutions and Strategy Officer (CMSSO) organization and provides thought leadership at the intersection of business and technology to deliver actionable insights across products, portfolios, and enterprise strategy. This role enables a data-driven culture by delivering scalable analytics, standardized metrics, and enterprise dashboards that support growth, profitability, and strategic alignment. Through a federated analytics model, this role ensures business teams can leverage governed enterprise data, tools, and analytics assets to drive consistent, trusted high-impact outcomes.  

Essential Functions:

  • Partner with the CMSSO organization to design and deliver data and analytics capabilities that measure performance across member solutions, including lending, deposits, investments, and insurance, providing insights into product adoption, utilization, satisfaction, pricing effectiveness, and financial performance. 
  • Provide insights that inform portfolio performance and product profitability, growth opportunities, marketing effectiveness, cross-sell and upsell strategies, and product lifecycle decisions including identifying solutions to expand, optimize, or retire. 
  • Develop analytics that measure cost-to-serve across products, channels, and member segments to identify cost drivers, and uncover opportunities to improve efficiency. 
  • Lead the development of enterprise dashboards providing standardized metrics and actionable insights related to member solutions performance and strategic priorities (CMSSO Lens), enabling anytime, anywhere decision support for leadership. 
  • Develop analytics and dashboards that support enterprise strategic priorities, program execution, and enterprise project management (EPMO) oversight through standardized metrics and performance tracking. 
  • Ensure governed and trusted data assets supporting member solutions and enterprise strategy analytics. 
  • Coordinate with other enterprise data and analytics teams to ensure analytics capabilities are built on trusted data foundations and aligned with enterprise architecture and governance standards. 
  • Enable Member Solutions and Enterprise Strategy stakeholders to effectively leverage analytics tools and insights for day-to-day business performance actionable insights enabling daily decision-making and strategic planning. 
  • Lead, mentor, and develop analytics professionals while fostering a culture focused on collaboration, trusted data, reusable capabilities, and measurable business outcomes. 

What You’ll Need

Education & Experience:  

  • Required Education: Bachelor's degree in field relevant to role (or 4 additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree), advanced degree preferred. 
  • Required Experience: 8+ years of relevant experience, 4+ years as a People Leader. 

Qualifications & Skills:  

  • 10+ years of experience in business analytics, product analytics, strategy analytics, or enterprise data and analytics within financial services or regulated industries. 
  • Strong experience in customer/member solutions analytics, including product and portfolio performance. 
  • Proven ability to deliver insights on portfolio optimization, profitability, and growth strategy. 
  • Experience supporting enterprise strategy tracking and program performance (EPMO). 
  • Deep experience delivering enterprise dashboards and actionable insights using modern business intelligence platforms. 
  • Strong knowledge of modern BI and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker, ThoughtSpot). 
  • Experience working with enterprise data platforms and cloud-based analytics environments (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, Azure, or GCP). 
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled analytics for personalization, optimization, and decision support. 
  • Ability to translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable insights for executive leadership and business stakeholders. 
  • Strong executive communication and cross-functional stakeholder management skills across product, strategy, and technology teams. 
  • Proven ability to build and lead high-performing analytics teams within complex enterprise environment
