What You'll Be Doing:

  • Represent the Credit Union to members in a friendly, positive, and professional manner
  • Provide prompt, efficient, confidential, and accurate service in the processing of Teller transactions
  • Open new share accounts (savings, checking, money market, certificate, commercial, organizational, and benefit accounts, individual retirement, health savings accounts, trust accounts, estate, custodial, and guardianship accounts)
  • Provide savings, loan, and other product features, benefits, and information
  • Respond to members' requests, problems, and complaints, and/or direct them to proper person for assistance and resolution
  • Learn to recognize member's needs for services, and presents and refers them appropriately

What You'll Need to Be Successful:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven track record in customer service
  • Proficiency in basic computer, data entry and typing skills is required
  • A positive attitude, professional image, and self-motivation are essential
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required

This includes an every other Saturday rotation.
