What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Takes steps to enhance membership value by actively recommending appropriate products and services to members, based upon their financial needs and goals. Recommends policy and procedure changes and additions to create a fast and efficient loan process.
  • Collaborates with Office Supervisor with guidance/feedback, observations, coaching, meetings, and team development
  • Assist employees with error resolution - resolve member/employee concerns/discrepancies
  • Monitor and manage office cash supplies, including weekly cash orders
  • Completes monthly reporting - ATM inspections, end of month drawer reporting, security checks, mutilated cash, etc.
  • Act as vault custodian- handling ATM, Recycler machine, and managing cash shipments from Federal Reserve
  • Create team schedules
  • Serves as needed in either the MSR or MSR II role as outlined in the MSR and MSR II job descriptions

What You’ll Need to Be Successful:

  • High school diploma or general education degree required
  • 2 years of customer service and/or cash handling experience perferred
