Candidates with 3+ years of experience eligible for in-office, hybrid, or fully remote schedules. Relocation subsidies are available. At least 3 visits (per year) to the Chicago headquarters are required. Please note candidates must be able, willing and excited to travel. 
*If you are based in the Chicagoland area, you'll be required to work onsite for your first 90 days. After that, your schedule (in-office, hybrid, or remote) will be determined in alignment with performance and team needs.

Salary: $80,000-$130,000

About the Role

ALIS is looking for a Product Integrations Manager to lead our App Store team. You will be the technical architect of our partner ecosystem, responsible for translating complex business requirements into robust technical specifications for our API and integration infrastructure. You are someone who thrives on autonomy, loves transforming user insights into scalable solutions, and enjoys being the "expert" who brings clarity to complex technical processes.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Build and maintain quarterly and annual roadmaps for the App Store, evangelizing the product vision to stakeholders.

  • Manage the Business Intelligence team, owning reporting standards and ensuring analytics work aligns with product and business priorities. 

  • Defining technical requirements for API scalability, security, and performance 

  • Support the long-term strategy of the ALIS App Store by scoping new integrations and identifying market trends.

  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis to understand customer behavior and measure feature adoption.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for external integration partners, communicating with "charm, clarity, and professionalism".

  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new partners and provide ongoing support to ensure technical alignment.

  • Partner with Sales and Marketing to develop GTM strategies, ensuring new integrations are launched with maximum impact and visibility.

  • Work closely with Onboarding and Support teams to create training materials and documentation that ensure seamless feature rollouts.

  • Keep all parties informed through frequent demos and transparent status updates, ensuring stakeholders feel heard during the development cycle

  • Oversee the tools and technical documentation required to facilitate seamless partner integrations

  • Lead daily scrums and manage the engineering backlog, ensuring the team is never blocked and work flows at a high velocity.

  • Partner with engineering to build integrations using APIs, HL7s, VPN, SFTP, and data formats like CSV/XLS.

  • Collaborate with UX designers to map workflows and use discovery techniques to de-risk projects for feasibility and business viability.

  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and iterate fast based on feedback to ensure releases solve verified customer pain points.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for integration requests, communicating with "charm, clarity, and professionalism".

  • Create documentation and lead training for Support, Sales Engineering, and Client Services to ensure seamless feature rollouts.

  • Keep all parties looped into progress through frequent demos and transparent status updates.

Qualifications

  • 3+ consecutive years of experience at a SaaS company 

  • Proven ability to troubleshoot complex data exchange issues and read/interpret API documentation or system logs to identify bottlenecks
