As a Meditech Trainer, your daily responsibilities usually include preparing and delivering training sessions to clinical and administrative staff on Meditech applications, developing user guides and training materials, and providing hands-on support during go-live periods. You may also conduct needs assessments, track learner progress, and customize training approaches for various departments. Collaboration with IT professionals, project managers, and clinical leaders is essential to ensure smooth system integration and address user questions effectively. This role often involves troubleshooting user issues, gathering feedback to improve training programs, and periodically updating educational content to reflect system upgrades or process changes.
A Meditech Trainer is responsible for educating healthcare staff on how to use the Meditech electronic health record (EHR) system efficiently.
