• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine clients' mental health needs, followed by the development of personalized treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions via secure virtual platforms, adjusting methods according to each client’s goals and preferences.
• Work collaboratively with clients to establish achievable therapeutic goals, and provide ongoing support and guidance throughout their treatment journey.
• Employ a range of therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed care, tailored to clients' diverse experiences.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatment sessions, including client progress and any adjustments to the therapeutic approach.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master's or doctorate degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a capacity to establish rapport with clients in a remote setting.
• Empathy, compassion, and an ability to understand client experiences and challenges.
• Strong organizational and time management skills necessary for coordinating treatment and documentation in a virtual environment.

• Experience in remote counseling or teletherapy, preferably in a community health setting.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems for efficient documentation and record-keeping.
• Ongoing professional development in areas such as trauma-informed care or multicultural competency.

The annual salary for this role ranges from USD 90,000 to 105,000, commensurate with experience and workload.
