Medication Technician (Med Tech) - Senior Living Day Shift | 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM Overnight Shift | 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM Charter Senior Living of Davison - Davison, MI Pay: $15.00 per hour + Charter Senior Living of Davison is hiring a compassionate and dependable Medication Technician (Med Tech)/Caregiver for our day and overnight shifts- 7am to 7pm and 7pm-7am shift. No prior medication certification is required-we proudly provide paid, in-house training to ensure you are fully prepared and confident in your role. This is an excellent opportunity for caregivers, CNAs, or individuals with senior living experience who are looking to expand their skills and grow their career in assisted living. Medication Technician (Med Tech) - Key Responsibilities In this role, you will support residents overnight by:
  • Assisting with medication administration following community policies
  • Accurately documenting medication assistance and resident observations
  • Monitoring residents for changes in condition and reporting concerns
  • Providing reassurance, safety checks, and resident support overnight
  • Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed
  • Maintaining a clean, organized medication cart and work area
  • Following safety, infection control, and confidentiality standards
  • Working collaboratively with caregivers, nurses, and leadership
