Medication Tech Job DescriptionLocation: 3030 Clinton Street, West Seneca, NY, 14224Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Medication Tech to join our team at our facility in West Seneca, NY. The Medication Tech will be responsible for assisting residents with medication administration under the supervision of a licensed nurse.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist residents with medication administration according to prescribed schedules
  • Document medication administration and any observed side effects or reactions
  • Communicate with healthcare providers regarding medication orders and changes
  • Maintain accurate medication records and ensure medications are stored properly
  • Assist with medication refills and inventory management
  • Provide support and assistance to residents with activities of daily living
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Medication Tech certification or relevant training
  • Prior experience in a healthcare or senior living setting preferred
