The Opportunity
Join the team transforming how millions of people access musculoskeletal (MSK) care by becoming the strategic engine behind our Health Services partnerships. In this role, you will not just manage relationships-you will be the architect of growth for our commercial sales teams. By removing barriers and identifying expansion opportunities, you will directly accelerate pipeline growth and ensure our health plan partners and client commercial teams are empowered to deliver Hinge Health's life-changing solutions to those who need them most.
What You'll Accomplish
  • In your first 3 months: You will master our Health Services value proposition and map out the landscape of our key health plan partnerships. You'll establish yourself as a trusted resource for our internal sales teams and begin building rapport with client commercial leaders.
  • In your first 6 months: You will proactively remove friction in the sales cycle, executing on partnership expansion opportunities that directly influence pipeline velocity. You will be the "go-to" point of contact for all things related to partnership growth for your assigned accounts.
  • In your first year: You will own the strategic roadmap for your partnerships, driving measurable revenue growth and cementing long-term commercial success. You will demonstrate the "Make Results Happen" value by turning partner feedback into actionable sales enablement strategies.

Basic Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Commercial Sales, or Partnership Management.
  • Healthcare Expertise: Strong knowledge of Healthcare and Payer markets.
  • Technical Fluency: Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales reporting.
  • Project Management: A proven track record of managing complex projects and strategic planning with cross-functional stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced data analysis and reporting skills to drive decision-making.
  • Deep understanding of sales methodologies and enablement tools.
