Project Superintendent โ€“ Lead Commercial Construction Excellence in Castle Rock

Job Overview:

The Opportunity: You will serve as the primary on-site leader, orchestrating all field activities to ensure the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. This role offers the chance to steer high-impact commercial projects for an industry leader that views partnership and personal responsibility as the foundation of every build.

How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Direct all on-site construction activities and subcontractor workflows to ensure project milestones are met on schedule.
  • Enforce rigorous safety protocols and quality control standards to maintain a secure and professional job site environment.
  • Coordinate daily logistics and material deliveries to prevent production bottlenecks or project delays.
  • Interpret complex architectural drawings and specifications to ensure field installations align perfectly with design intent.
  • Resolve technical field issues and conflicts through proactive problem-solving and clear communication with project managers.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven track record of managing subcontractors and maintaining strict project timelines.
