• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to identify students' mental health issues, utilizing tools and evidence-based practices.
• Develop customized treatment plans that reflect students’ specific needs, incorporating academic and social support frameworks.
• Lead individual and group therapy sessions, focusing on coping strategies, emotional regulation, and improving interpersonal skills.
• Collaborate with teachers and school administration to create an integrated plan of care that addresses educational impacts of mental health concerns.
• Engage with families to educate them on mental health topics, fostering supportive home environments to enhance student recovery.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring compliance with state regulations.

Your primary focus will be on students ranging from elementary through high school, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, and trauma. You will work closely with children and adolescents from diverse backgrounds, adapting your therapeutic style to meet the cultural and personal needs of each individual. This role is essential in creating a safe and nurturing environment that promotes personal and educational success.

• Valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field. Note that a master’s or doctoral degree is preferred.
• At least 2 years of demonstrable experience in mental health counseling, specifically working with children and adolescents.
• Strong understanding of evidence-based therapy methods for treating a variety of mental health disorders.
• Exceptional counseling and communication skills, with the capability to build rapport with clients and their families.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other professionals, including doctors, educators, and administrative staff.

• Experience in school-based mental health settings is highly desirable, helping you to navigate the unique dynamics of educational institutions.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote counseling practices, given the evolving landscape of mental health service delivery.

• The position offers an annual salary ranging from USD 60,000 to 120,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
