Job Description

We are looking for a motivated, friendly team member to join our fun and energetic outpatient orthopedic clinic. This hybrid position combines front desk duties with hands‑on rehab aide support to keep our clinic running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients and deliver excellent customer service
  • Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage patient flow
  • Verify insurance, update charts, and maintain electronic medical records
  • Collect and post patient payments; handle general administrative tasks
  • Assist physical therapists with patient care and exercises
  • Apply hot/cold packs and prepare treatment areas
  • Clean, organize, and maintain therapy equipment and clinic spaces
Qualifications
  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • 1+ years of previous medical front office experience preferred
  • Excellent telephone skills and proficiency in Word and Excel
  • Experience with medical software preferred
