Title: Medical Device Sales Rep

Territory: CT

Company: Spine and Neuro Medical Device company. Leader in perioperative medical solutions. Our client is dedicated to making surgery safer. With a nearly 30-year legacy of innovation, they provide cutting-edge solutions for healthcare leaders, enabling clinical evidence-based best practices.

Description:

  • Calling on Surgeons, Material Management and more in the Hospital, OR and Surgery Centers
  • Selling multiple products for patient safety, positioning and other disposables used for surgery.
  • Responsible for promoting and selling surgical safety solutions to existing and new customers
  • Learn and effectively communicate product benefits
  • Building relationships with surgeons, nurses, clinical directors, operating room staff, and hospital administration and supply chain/purchasing departments to maintain business or identify new business opportunities
  • Achieve sales targets within assigned territory
  • Plan cost-effective travel
  • Identify and prospect new customers in hospitals, medical centers, and clinics
  • Work closely with internal leadership and communicate needs effectively
  • Not on call

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree Required
  • Hunter mentality with sales #'s and accomplishments
  • 1-2 Years of B2B sales (Payroll, Copiers, Uniforms) or Light Medical Experience. No Pharma!
  • Minimum 2 years tenure with current employer
  • Must own a quota and a track record of proven sales success with accomplishments in resume
  • Proven ability to knock on doors, cold call, prospect and close new business
  • Ability to travel daily to different locations throughout assigned territory

Compensation: $50-55k Base Salary $90-$110K FYE uncapped commissions, Compensation Guarantee for the first 12 months! Car Allowance 300/mo + Gas, Expenses, and full medical benefits.
