Job description

We are seeking detail-oriented and highly organized Medical Records Request/Review Specialists to support our Client Services team. This role is responsible for requesting, obtaining, and reviewing medical and pharmacy records needed for case support. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, professional, and comfortable navigating online vendor portals and documentation systems. THIS POSITION IS LOCATED IN MOUNT PLEASANT!!

17.00 per hour during the trial period of 3 months/520 hours.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma required; related degree preferred
  • 1–4 years of experience in a law firm or medical field preferred
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology
  • Excellent communication and follow-up skills
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
