) Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Central Supply and Medical Records Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the inventory of medical supplies and equipment, maintaining accurate medical records, and ensuring that both supply chain and record-keeping processes are efficient and compliant with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Medical Records Duties:
    • Accurately file, retrieve, and manage patient medical records.
    • Ensure all medical records are up-to-date, properly documented, and securely stored.
    • Assist healthcare providers with accessing and updating patient records.
    • Comply with HIPAA and other relevant regulations regarding patient information.
  • General Administrative Tasks:
    • Perform data entry and maintain accurate logs and records.
    • Assist in the preparation of reports related to supply inventory and medical records.
    • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and communication.
    • Organize transportation as needed.
