Job description

JAG Physical Therapy is seeking a full-time Medical Records Management Specialist to join our growing healthcare team in Bridgewater, NJ.
Position Overview:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing medical records, ensuring documentation
accuracy, maintaining confidentiality, and providing general administrative support. A healthcare
background and strong computer skills are required.
Responsibilities:
• Process, organize, and maintain patient medical records.
• Scan, index, upload, and retrieve electronic medical records.
• Ensure records are complete, accurate, and compliant with HIPAA requirements.
• Respond to requests for medical records in a timely manner.
• Communicate with providers, attorneys, insurance carriers, and staff regarding documentation
requests.
• Assist with record audits and quality assurance.
• Provide general administrative support to the office as needed
Qualifications:
• Healthcare experience required.
• Experience with medical records management preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
