Ohnstad Twichell, one of North Dakota's oldest and largest law firms, is seeking a full-time Receptionist/File Clerk.
The Receptionist/File Clerk position provides clients with exceptional customer service, answers calls, assists with mail processing, and performs a variety of administrative tasks. This position also includes electronically scanning, archiving, and processing documents, as well as filing, recording, and maintaining documents.
Successful candidates will have a high level of attention to detail, accurate keyboarding skills, knowledge of word processing, and an understanding of office procedures and processes. Candidates must be able to communicate professionally in both written and verbal forms, work effectively as part of a team, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
