Job description

Digital Photography QC/AI Retoucher
Position Overview:
This position will be responsible for delivering the highest quality retouching, compositing, image prepping, proofing, quality control, color correcting and color matching for print (CMYK) and digital (RGB) imagery. The position will utilize color management software and internal systems to ensure quality and production goals are met. This position will be responsible for the management of digital image files for various groups across the company.
The position is 100% onsite and in studio not a work from home position.
Responsibilities:
  • Perform critical product color corrections for web and print use
  • Must be fluent in Adobe Creative Suite with an emphasis on Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator
  • Utilize naming conventions and storage/retrieval procedures for digital assets for the enterprise
  • Stay current on industry advancements - software, hardware and process (continuous learning)

Skills and Experience:
  • Minimum 5-7 year's experience with Photoshop
  • Ability to manage and perform multiple critical tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to plan, organize and execute strategically
  • Effective communication skills - both verbal and written
  • Digital Image retouching using Adobe Photoshop on Apple IOS
  • Proficient in AI-assisted compositing and scene reconstruction for realistic room layout, empty-room, and lifestyle variations
  • Working close with photographers and designers in a professional studio environment
  • Must have a positive attitude and capable of working in a highly collaborative environment
  • Must be able to perform advanced photographic manipulation
  • Must be skilled in Adobe Firefly and Photoshop Generative AI to enhance furniture and room scene imagery with photorealistic quality
  • Must be Skilled in AI-assisted retouching for accurate color, lighting, perspective and textures in e-commerce and marketing imagery
  • Experience optimizing AI-generated imagery for brand-consistent, production-ready digital and print assets
  • Familiarity with AI tools - ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, Adobe Photoshop 2026
  • Must be efficient and quality oriented
  • Alpha channels in Photoshop
  • Gif creation
  • PDF creation

Requirements:
  • Required: Bachelor's degree in graphic arts or 2+ years of related experience
  • Required: Portfolio (Please attach to application)
  • Required: Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Specify on resume)
  • Required: Five years pre-media experience (Specify on resume)
  • Required: Pass Munsell Hue Color Test
  • Required: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Preferred: Experience working in a production environment

  • In-house color/retouching test will be performed to evaluate skill set
