Patient Registration Specialist | Morgantown, WV | Up to $18/Hour | Full-Time

Express Employment Professionals is seeking an experienced Patient Registration Specialist for a growing medical provider in the Morgantown, WV area. This is a full-time, Monday–Friday opportunity with daytime clinic hours and pay of up to $18.00 per hour based on experience.

Patient Registration Specialist Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls and assist patients with questions

  • Schedule patient appointments and coordinate patient information

  • Complete patient registration and data entry

  • Assist with insurance authorizations and insurance documentation

  • Maintain accurate patient information in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system

  • Handle filing, scanning, paperwork, and other administrative duties

  • Provide professional and friendly customer service to patients

  • Support the medical office with general clerical and administrative tasks
