Job description


We are seeking a motivated, organized, and proactive Training Coordinator to support our Engineering Department. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who learns quickly, communicates effectively, and thrives in a fast-paced office environment. The Training Coordinator will work closely with engineering leadership, project engineers, and drafting staff to assist with onboarding, training coordination, and day-to-day departmental support.
This position will primarily support the Drafting Department and Project Engineers while also moving between teams as needed to assist with training initiatives, process support, and operational coordination throughout the engineering department.
No engineering or AutoCAD experience is required. We are looking for someone dependable, adaptable, and eager to help support employee development and keep the department running efficiently.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous administrative, office support, coordinator, or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Quick learner with strong problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working with multiple personalities and departments
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Professional attitude with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Experience in an engineering, construction, manufacturing, or technical office is a plus
