You'll play an important role in supporting the agency while connecting potential customers with our insurance team. No insurance experience is required—we're looking for someone with the right attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn.
What You'll Do
This position combines customer service, administrative support, and high-volume outbound calling.
  • Make outbound calls every day to prospective and current clients.
  • Engage prospects professionally, determine their interest, and transfer qualified opportunities to an insurance agent.
  • Note: this is not a sales position, and this role serves to make initial contact with interested clients in a professional and personable way before transferring the call to an appropriate agent.
  • Assist client needs with excellent customer service, including taking payments, inputing minor policy changes, and data updates.
  • Answer incoming calls and greet customers who visit the office.
  • Assist the insurance agent and team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
  • Help maintain organized customer information and office records.
  • Schedule appointments and assist with customer follow-up.
  • Provide friendly, professional service to customers and prospects.
  • Accurately document call activity and customer information.
  • Learn agency systems, processes, and insurance basics.
  • Support the team with other administrative and customer service responsibilities as needed.
