Job Summary:


The Digital Content Coordinator plays a key role in organizing and distributing product imagery and digital assets across various platforms while maintaining an organized asset library with clear naming conventions. This role oversees photography workflows by tracking product timelines, coordinating internal requests, and working with international factories on remote shoots. Partnering closely with Marketing, the coordinator supports both traditional and digital initiatives, including line drawings, CGI specifications, and the organization of lifestyle and AI-generated content-ideal for a detail-oriented professional seeking to grow in a fast-paced product marketing environment.


About The Role:


Digital Asset Management & Archiving

  • Maintain our Digital Asset Manager (DAM): Manage, organize, update, and archive company digital assets (including photography, video, logos, PDFs, and branded materials) ensuring a clean and intuitive digital filing system across all platforms (cloud & server storage).
  • Optimize Workflows: Refine and maintain categorization processes and naming conventions to ensure assets are easily accessible for team reference and distribution.
  • Archival Content: Refresh factory, tradeshow, and final product imagery in DAM.


Photography Coordination & Reporting

  • Photography Workflow: Follow the photography process to run bi-weekly reports to identify imagery that needs to be captured and schedule them according to priority and ETAs.
  • Request Intake: Manage incoming photography requests from internal stakeholders, coordinating with various teams to align product availability, timing, and creative direction.
  • Post-Production Support: Identify and prioritize urgent product images requiring immediate retouching or editing with the photographer or stylists
  • Remote Coordination: Connect with factories overseas to coordinate and schedule remote photo sessions to capture new products


CGI/AI & Technical Production Support

  • Line Drawing Preparation: Collaborate with the product team to capture accurate measurements & dimensions to support line drawings/dimension image creation in Illustrator.
  • CGI Workflow Assistance: Collaborate with the photography team to compile job lists and detailed specification documents to submit model requests from the 3D modeling teams.
  • Asset Management: Execute the preparation and quality control of 3D models beforerendering, ensuring correct geometry, scale, and material application.
  • Material Application: Assist the Digital Stylists in testing and applying material variations and colorways to products within the scene setup.
  • Asset Organization: Organize, tag, and file all generated AI imagery for easy retrieval and future use by the creative team.


Team Support & Flexibility

  • Ad-Hoc Support: Provide daily operational support and handle administrative tasks to assist the Creative Director & Brand & Product Marketing Team in a fast-paced, growing marketing environment.

  • Bachelor's degree/Diploma in visual arts, Digital Media, or related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in Adobe Suites (Photoshop, Lightroom, & Illustrator)
  • Detailed organization and great attention to detail.
  • Strong creative problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey marketing priorities to internal and external stakeholders.
