Klinedinst is seeking an attorney with at least 5 years of experience to join our acclaimed Veterinary Law defense practice in our Irvine or Sacramento offices; however, other California office locations of Klinedinst PC may also be available. You’ll work alongside some of the best in the state, joining a practice group that focuses on providing legal solutions for various individuals, entities, and organizations in the business of caring for animals.

We’re looking for individuals who have a passion for advocacy and are ready to provide creative legal solutions for various individuals, entities, and organizations in the business of caring for animals.
The ideal candidate is ready to take on responsibility, independently handling cases and analyzing complex issues.  Proven experience and excellent writing skills to produce high-quality law and motion papers are essential, and the position equally requires a willingness to master and litigate issues arising under the California Medical Practice Act in an administrative law context. Coming to work with a solid work ethic, excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a commitment to working cohesively with other team members, will also be critical factors for success in this position. 
QUALIFICATIONS:
·         Active State Bar of California member with 5+ years of experience
