FT Front Office Medical: Large Pulmonary Group in South Florida, Excellent benefits, room for growth!

Seeking highly motivated team player with excellent interpersonal quality and strong oral and written skills. Bilingual, English/Spanish a plus! Must have working knowledge of medical terminology and comprehension of insurance plans and rules. EHR/eClinical Works and Epic experience preferred. Key Responsibilities

  • Patient Scheduling: Scheduling, rescheduling, and cancelling appointments for consultations, treatments, and procedures.
  • Administrative Coordination: Managing, updating, and confirming appointments via phone, email, or automated systems.
  • Insurance & Records: Verifying patient insurance eligibility, obtaining authorizations, and managing referrals.
  • Data Accuracy: Updating patient personal information, medical records, and scheduling databases with high attention to detail.
  • Communication: Acting as the first point of contact for patient inquiries, providing pre-examination instructions, and communicating with medical staff.
  • Schedule Optimization: Balancing provider schedules to prevent, manage, and fill bottlenecks or last-minute cancellations.
