We sit at the heart of the financial markets, from the largest sell-side institutions to two-person hedge funds. We are an integral part of financial market workflows across the globe, providing millisecond-level market data, analytics, and connectivity to a community of more than 325,000 Bloomberg Terminal subscribers.
The Financial Solutions Knowledge Group (FSKG) manages training across Analytics, Enterprise Sales, and Enterprise Support - from foundational financial concepts like "what is a bond" to advanced skills needed to manage complex customer relationships and coordinate large-scale deals with the world's leading financial institutions. The team delivers approximately 15,000 live and on-demand trainings each year.
What's the role?
You'll join FSKG as an E-Learning Designer, reporting to the Regional Head of the Financial Products Knowledge Group. In this role, you'll be responsible for designing and developing engaging, high-impact digital learning experiences, including multimedia content and e-learning programs.
You'll bring a strong eye for user experience, a passion for thoughtful design, and excellent project management skills to deliver content that is both effective and engaging.
We'll trust you to:
  • Build high-quality, engaging, and learner-friendly e-learning modules
  • Own the full lifecycle of content creation, from planning through deployment
  • Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders to deliver strong learning outcomes
  • Consistently meet SLAs, including customer satisfaction metrics
  • Create rich multimedia content, including video, audio, visuals, quizzes, and animations
  • Stay current on trends and best practices in the e-learning space

You'll need to have:
  • 6-8 years of professional experience in instructional design or related fields, including at least 4+ years focused on e-learning development
  • Hands-on experience designing and developing blended, virtual, and online learning programs
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Adult Education, Instructional Design, e-learning, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • Strong project and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities under tight deadlines
  • Demonstrated expertise with tools such as Camtasia, Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, Adobe InDesign, Figma, or Illustrator
  • A strong portfolio showcasing high-quality visuals and rich media content
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A passion for design, including color theory, composition, and visual storytelling
  • A deep technical understanding of e-learning workflows, from recording through editing and deployment
  • Experience managing the full development lifecycle, including analysis, planning, storyboarding, design, development, editing, and launch
  • A solid understanding of UX and interaction design

We'd love to see:
  • Experience creating learning content for financial services organizations
  • 4+ years of experience in educational content design and/or leadership training
  • Experience with project management methodologies
  • Coding skills such as JavaScript, HTML, or CSS
  • Familiarity with Cornerstone or other learning management systems (LMS)

Salary Range = 105,000 - 125,000 USD Annual + Benefits + Bonus
The referenced salary range is based on the Company's good faith belief at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, education/training and skill level.
