Location: Nashville, TN (hybrid)

Facility: Ascension Saint Thomas Hospital Midtown

Department/Specialty: Market Technology

Schedule: Full-time | Day shift

Salary: $83,090.04 to $115,822.45 per year 

What You Will Do
  • Bridge the gap between technical and local clinical teams to ensure new technology implementations prioritize patient safety and standard practices.
  • Partner with healthcare market leaders to serve as their primary strategic advisor and consultant for complex technology workflows.
  • Analyze clinical workflows and usage data to continuously evaluate and optimize health information system designs.
  • Drive change management initiatives and content development for technical training resources to accelerate user adoption and efficiency.
  • Champion a culture of collaborative problem-solving across matrixed teams to resolve technical and operational roadblocks quickly.
What You Will Need

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
Additional Preferences
  • Master's degree or an equivalent blend of relevant healthcare experience.
  • Demonstrated clinical hospital experience combined with expertise in clinical informatics, healthcare workflow optimization, clinical systems implementation, or evidence-based process improvement.
  • Experience collaborating with interdisciplinary clinical and operational teams on informatics initiatives, supporting organizational change efforts, clinical workflow adoption, or quality improvement activities.
