Responsibilities
The Program Analyst provides direct operational, analytical, and administrative support to the Vice President of Systems Engineering in overseeing the execution and management of the company's Systems Engineering contract portfolio. This position serves as a key contributor to department operations, supporting strategic initiatives, contract deliverables, workforce planning, and executive-level communications. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities while working closely with senior leadership. This role requires strong analytical skills, sound business judgment, and the ability to collaborate effectively across program management, finance, contracts, recruiting, and engineering organizations.
Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a primary support resource to the Vice President of Systems Engineering for departmental operations and strategic initiatives.
  • Develop executive-level reports, dashboards, briefings, and presentations for leadership reviews and customer engagements.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs), contract deliverables, and organizational goals.
  • Coordinate with Recruiting, Human Resources, Finance, Contracts, and Program Management teams to support department objectives.
  • Prepare materials and action-item tracking for leadership meetings, program reviews, and strategic planning sessions.
  • Maintain departmental records, organizational charts, staffing databases, and reporting tools.
  • Assist with proposal and business development activities, including staffing strategies, organizational capabilities, and management volumes.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Support compliance with company policies, customer requirements, and contractual obligations.
  • Perform special projects and strategic analyses as assigned by the Vice President.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, Finance, Engineering Management, Public Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 2-5 years of experience in program analysis, business operations, government contracting, or related fields.
  • Experience supporting executive leadership and managing high-visibility priorities.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint.
  • Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting Department of Defense (DoD) contracts and engineering organizations.
  • Experience developing executive dashboards and performance metrics.
  • Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and government contracting practices.
  • Active security clearance or ability to obtain one.

Compensation Statement
At Sabre Systems, LLC, compensation is based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, and contract-specific requirements; however, final compensation will be determined by individual qualifications and applicable contract terms. The general salary range for this position is as follows: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00
