Job description

Thrive Medicine Clinic is looking for a Front Desk Client Liaison who can own the front office, manage the schedule, deliver consistent 10/10 client experiences, and positively influence the team.
This is not just a receptionist role that answers phones. We're looking for someone who takes ownership of the client experience and helps keep the entire day running smoothly.
As the first and last human touchpoint for every client, you'll own check-in and check-out, appointment flow, lobby energy, and day-to-day front-desk operations so our clinical team can focus on providing exceptional care.
What You'll Own
  • Delivering a warm, proactive, 5-star client service experience
  • Managing check-in, check-out, phones, payments, and client messages
  • Taking ownership of the schedule and protecting provider time
  • Managing waitlists, schedule changes, and same-day requests intelligently
  • Maintaining positive lobby energy and smooth appointment flow
  • Recognizing service gaps and helping recover them without needing to be told
  • Keeping documentation accurate and making sure tasks are completed
  • Closing loops and following through so nothing falls through the cracks
  • Supporting teammates and creating positive energy throughout the day
What We're Looking For
  • 5-star client service mindset - Warm, proactive, and committed to creating consistent 10/10 client experiences.
  • Schedule ownership - Protects provider time and manages waitlists, schedule changes, and same-day requests intelligently.
  • Calm under pressure - Can handle phones, walk-ins, payments, and messages at once without visible stress or dropped balls.
  • Accountability - Closes loops, owns mistakes, maintains clean documentation, and follows through.
  • Positive team influence - Lifts peers, models high standards, and creates positive energy instead of simply "doing the job."
  • Strong ownership mentality - Sees what needs to be done, takes initiative, and helps keep the front office running smoothly.
  • Team-focused attitude - Collaborates without ego and contributes to an environment of service, empathy, accountability, joy, and teamwork.

Requirements
  • 2+ years of high-volume, customer-facing experience preferred
  • Experience in a medical front desk, hospitality, or high-end customer service environment is a plus
  • Previous front-desk ownership, shift-lead, or team-lead experience is a major plus
  • Comfortable learning practice-management software and multi-line phone systems quickly

Benefits
  • Paid Time Off
  • Paid Holidays
  • Medical Insurance
  • 401(k)
