Job description

Our client is seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Administrator in Fort Worth, TX. This role will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering and directing phone calls, scheduling appointments, managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, and providing general administrative support. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills, a positive attitude, and basic computer proficiency. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain office experience and grow their administrative career in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Training will be provided for the right candidate.

 

Requirements:

  • Must have previous customer service, receptionist, or administrative experience
  • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
  • Willingness to learn and take on additional administrative duties as needed


Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM
