What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage all aspects of Quality Engineering within assigned value streams

  • Oversee production support, nonconformance investigations, and yield monitoring

  • Drive process improvements using Six Sigma, LEAN, and Kaizen methodologies

  • Partner with operations leaders to implement strategies that promote a culture of quality

  • Maintain robust compliance with FDA, ISO, and international medical device regulations

About You

  • Be able to do the job as described

  • Bring a strong understanding of Quality Sciences (SPC, DOE, risk management, continual improvement)

  • Skilled in data analysis using Excel, Minitab, JMP, or PowerBI

  • Experienced in medical device manufacturing or a highly regulated industry

  • Six Sigma or LEAN certification preferred
