Volt is immediately hiring Cleanroom Medical Device Assemblers in Temecula, CA 92591.

As a Cleanroom Medical Device Assembler you will:

  • Assemble medical devices and precision components according to work instructions and quality standards
  • Perform small-part assembly in a cleanroom manufacturing environment
  • Conduct visual inspections and precision measurements on components and finished products
  • Operate computerized test equipment to verify product functionality
  • Troubleshoot, repair, and rework components using hand tools and assembly equipment
  • Package finished medical devices and ensure all documentation is complete and accurate
  • Follow GMP, SOP, quality, and safety requirements
  • Maintain accurate production records and manufacturing documentation
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain a clean, organized work area

 

This is a full-time opportunity.

Schedule:

1st Shift Monday - Friday 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

The Ideal Candidate will have:

  • 1+ year of experience in medical device manufacturing, cleanroom assembly, electromechanical assembly, production assembly, or precision manufacturing
  • Experience working with small components and hand tools
  • Ability to perform detailed visual inspections and follow written procedures
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality
  • Experience using measurement tools and testing equipment preferred
  • High School Diploma or GED required

 

Payrate Rate: $18.00 - $19.25 per hour
