Position: Data Entry Specialist

Location: Houston, TX

Employment Type: Contract (3 months+)

Schedule: Onsite M-F, Hours: 8-5pm

Pay: $18.50-$19.00

Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).

Description:

  • Entering confidential information into a database software and checking to ensure the accuracy of the input data
  • Resolving discrepancies of information and obtaining further information for incomplete documents

Requirements:

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (SharePoint, Excel and Outlook)
  • Ability to use an external mouse, not reliant on touchscreen mouse
  • Prior experience with databases or studying for Computer Science and Technology programs
  • Type at least 45 wpm
  • Professionalism and timeliness
  • Attention to detail and ability to work within time constraints.
