Job Summary and Responsibilities
As our Clinic Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing clinic operations and patient care delivery. We're seeking a dynamic leader to drive efficiency, enhance patient satisfaction, and foster a high-performing team. Leverage your expertise in healthcare management to ensure seamless clinic flow, compliance with federal/state regulations, and effective resource allocation, all within a leading healthcare system committed to exceptional patient outcomes. This role, located in a Local setting, is ideal for an individual passionate about making a tangible impact on healthcare quality and operational excellence.
Every day you will oversee daily clinic activities, providing supervision, direction, and support to ensure adherence to established policies and standards. Your responsibilities will include staff management, performance evaluations, and the allocation of staffing to meet patient and departmental needs. You'll work closely with clinic management and medical staff to enforce protocols, investigate complaints, and monitor payroll and budget compliance. Your leadership will ensure charging/reimbursement accuracy and the maintenance of staff licensure, ultimately contributing to a positive and productive clinic environment for patients and staff alike.
To be successful in this role, you will possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for 3+ years of related experience in a clinic or physician's office setting, or specialized technical training in coding or medical assistance.
