This role is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility while you utilize your skills to provide high-quality mental health counseling. • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to understand each patient's unique challenges and formulate tailored treatment plans.
• Implement and deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to individuals, couples, and families.
• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups that address prevalent mental health issues, providing a safe space for participants to share experiences and learn coping strategies.
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure coordinated, holistic patient care and effective treatment outcomes.
• Provide crisis intervention services during mental health emergencies, ensuring patients receive timely support and stabilization.
• Educate patients about their mental health conditions, treatment options, and how to access community resources, enabling them to make informed decisions about their care.
• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation that meets legal and ethical standards, leveraging electronic health record (EHR) systems for efficiency.
• Actively participate in team case consultations, meetings, and ongoing professional development, staying abreast of the latest research and advancements in mental health therapy.

You will work primarily with a diverse population, addressing an array of mental health challenges including depression, anxiety, stress-related disorders, bipolar disorder, and substance use issues. • Demonstrated proficiency in conducting thorough mental health assessments and crafting effective treatment plans.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with patients and collaborate efficiently with team members.
• Commitment to maintaining professional ethics, boundaries, and adhering to the highest standards of care while utilizing sound judgment in clinical decision-making.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems is preferred.

• Experience in outpatient mental health counseling, particularly working with diverse populations.
• Proficient in delivering individual and group therapy, with a focus on evidence-based practices.

• Experience in mentoring or guiding less experienced counselors or interns is a plus.
