We are excited to announce that we are looking for a Full-Time, Medical Secretary 2 at Rochester Gastroenterology Associates in Rochester, NY.

About the Role:

The Medical Secretary 2 plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of healthcare facilities by providing advanced administrative support to medical staff. This position involves managing patient communications, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate medical records with a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism. The Medical Secretary 2 acts as a liaison between patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies, facilitating clear and timely information exchange. This role requires a strong understanding of medical terminology, healthcare procedures, and regulatory compliance to support clinical operations effectively. Ultimately, the Medical Secretary 2 contributes to enhancing patient care quality by ensuring administrative processes are handled accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities:
