Medical Associates Clinic is excited to offer tuition reimbursement for Medical Lab Tech students graduating in 2026 or 2027!
We are looking to assist talented individuals with tuition expenses, along with the ability to join our team of highly skilled Medical Lab Techs upon completion of your program!

Eligibility Requirements:
  • Currently enrolled in the Medical Lab Tech program at Hawkeye Community College (HCC), Southwest Tech (SWTC), Allen College or Kirkwood Community College.
  • In good standing with attendance, coursework, and overall performance
What the tuition reimbursement includes:
  • $10,000 tuition reimbursement for current Medical Lab Tech students at Hawkeye Community College (HCC), Southwest Tech (SWTC), Allen College or Kirkwood Community College program with a 2026 or 2027 graduation.
  • American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP) certification due within 6 months of program completion
  • Full-time job guaranteedwith excellent pay and benefits package at Medical Associates upon successful completion of the program

Eligibility Requirements
:
Education:Completion of a two-year degree. Currently enrolled in a MLT program at HCC, SWTC, or Kirkwood.

Experience:
Healthcare experience required.

Work involves extensive personal contact with others and/or is usually of a personal or sensitive nature. Work may involve motivating or influencing others. Outside contacts become important and fostering sound relationships with other entities (companies and/or individuals) becomes necessary.
