This position is based onsite at our state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility in Immokalee. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough evaluations of patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or conditions affecting their physical mobility. Establish baseline measurements to track progress.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans utilizing diverse methodologies such as exercise, therapeutic modalities, hands-on therapy techniques, and adaptive equipment to address specific patient needs.
  • Implement treatment sessions that emphasize pain relief, strength building, and restoring functional mobility through carefully selected therapeutic exercises and interventions.
  • Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to meet evolving therapeutic goals.
  • Train and educate patients, caregivers, and healthcare personnel on the appropriate use of assistive devices and correct physical therapy procedures.
  • Maintain current knowledge of best practices and emerging trends in physical therapy through participation in workshops, professional publications, and relevant associations.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • Hold a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
