• Evaluate and treat patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, and various diseases, utilizing evidence-based practice to guide treatment approaches.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs and therapeutic goals, employing a range of techniques, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and assistive devices.
• Conduct regular assessments to monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment plans accordingly to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Document all treatments, responses, and progress meticulously to maintain clear records that facilitate effective communication with other healthcare professionals.
• Educate patients, caregivers, and families about health strategies, rehabilitation practices, and the use of any prescribed assistive devices to promote independence.
• Stay current in the field by attending workshops, engaging in continuing education, and networking within professional societies, enhancing both personal knowledge and the overall expertise of our clinic.

The patient demographic at Prince Georges Rehab Clinic LLC is diverse, encompassing children, adults, and seniors with orthopedic conditions resulting from injuries, surgeries, or chronic diseases. As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist, you will have the opportunity to build lasting relationships with patients, guiding them through their recovery journeys and celebrating their victories along the way. • Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Current state license in Physical Therapy.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for clear interaction with patients and team members.
• Proficient in using electronic medical records and related software.

• Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.

While prior experience as a Physical Therapist is advantageous, it is not a strict requirement. New graduates are encouraged to apply and will receive comprehensive mentorship to support their professional growth. Experience in outpatient orthopedic settings or knowledge of specific orthopedic rehabilitation techniques will be considered a plus.
