We are seeking a high-energy, social, and genuinely kind Medical Assistant to join our growing, modern, family-friendly podiatry practice. Our offices are built on delivering an exceptional, elevated patient experience. We’re looking for someone who naturally brings warmth, positivity, and professionalism into every interaction.

This role is perfect for someone who is extremely personable and “over-the-top” sweet with patients, while also being quick, efficient, detail-oriented, and highly organized behind the scenes.

Position Overview

As a Medical Assistant, you will play a key role in both the clinical and patient experience sides of the practice. You will work closely with the doctor and team to ensure that every patient visit runs smoothly, efficiently, and leaves a lasting positive impression. We are looking for someone who can balance hospitality with precision and efficiency. Your primary responsibility will be creating a welcoming environment while maintaining excellent clinical flow and ensuring documentation accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly welcome and escort patients from reception to treatment rooms
  • Perform thorough and efficient clinical intake and accurately document in the EHR
  • Prepare patients and assist the doctor during exams, procedures, and treatments
  • Carry out select clinical tasks under physician direction
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked clinical environment
  • Sterilize instruments and ensure adherence to all safety protocols
  • Complete requisitions and coordinate specimen handling as needed
  • Support front and back office operations as needed to maintain seamless workflow

Schedule

  • 4 weekdays: 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM
  • Alternating Saturdays: 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Compensation

  • $20.00 - $26.00 per hour (based on experience)
