About the Job:

We are looking for a Medical Assistant with excellent patient care skills, great communication, and concierge-level customer service to provide care within a Health Center setting. You will be a vital member of the team, supporting providers and ensuring the seamless operation of the clinic, allowing the focus to remain on the patient.

Hours: Mon-Fri 7am-4pm (lunch 12-1pm)

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities):
  • Patient Flow & Vitals: Greet and room patients, measure and record vital signs, and maintain clean exam rooms.

  • Clinical Procedures: Obtain blood and urine samples, and perform other clinical duties as assigned.

  • Administrative Support: Execute necessary clerical responsibilities to ensure smooth clinic operations.

  • Clinical Judgment: Exhibit good clinical judgment within the scope of the role, with or without the provider present.

  • Compliance: Follow all clinical and clerical protocols per company policy.

What You'll Bring to the Team (Minimum Qualifications):
  • Education (Required): High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Certification (Required): Medical Assistant certification or diploma from an accredited MA program.

  • Licensure/Registration (Required): Current BLS Certification required.

  • Experience: Minimum one year of recent experience in a medical setting, OR entry through an approved CareATC Internship or school-sponsored externship program.

  • Core Skills: Excellent patient care skills, great communication, and strong customer service abilities and phlebotomy Experience Required
